ORGANIC DOODLE DELIGHTS

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
3 heaping Tbsp. organic creamy peanut butter
3 cups white or whole wheat flour (or try coconut flour, rice flour, or almond flour if your pet has allergies to wheat)

Mix all ingredients with mixer; divide into balls and with a rolling pin, roll out dough into thin layer. (Flouring dough prior to rolling is not necessary.)

Using cookie cutters, create treats.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place cut-outs close as dough will not spread.

Cool on cooling rack and never seal in any storage container – allow treats to breathe – shelf life is approx. 7 days.

Treats may also be frozen.

Makes 3 dozen.
